I joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® staff as a customer service representative in May of 2012. I have previous customer service experience. I have moved enough times to know that moving can be a stressful event. Our staff at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® will make it as stress-free as possible, as well as a rewarding experience. Good customer service requires good listening skills, being helpful, and knowledgeable. I enjoy working in the customer service field because I get to help people, answer their questions, and inform them about our company. I really like that we strives to exceed the expectations of our customers. I graduated from Northern Illinois in May of 2012. I love being outside, going to the beach, listening to music, and spending time with my friends and family. I would love to be able to travel to other countries.

I started working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® five years ago as a mover at the St. Louis location. Since then, I’ve worn many hats at the company, including driver, customer service representative, in-home consultant and manager of the Indianapolis location. I am now the operations manager for our North Shore location in Des Plaines. I come to work full of energy every day because I love being a part of this team and I feel my enthusiasm is contagious!

Danny A.

Danny is our Move Manager who also helps with training new movers and drivers at our Northfield location. Danny is also in charge of conducting daily dispatch operations for all locations, including Des Plaines, Wheeling and Chicago. He has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since November of 2009, and started with us as a mover. Danny enjoys working with customers and it shows in every move that he is a part of.

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in August 2010 as a customer service representative. This is my first foray into the field of customer service, and I find it to be both exciting and rewarding. As a recent college graduate, I feel that my job here allows me to take full advantage of my communications skills. Top-notch customer service is a key part of the moving process, and I enjoy being able to provide that to our customers. Outside of work I enjoy writing, spending time with my friends and traveling.

I have five years of experience working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and 13 years of experience in public accounting. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and am a transplant to the Midwest. I love the seasons and the friendliness of the Midwest, even though I had to learn the hard way how to deal with snow! I am also “Mom” to a 15-year old son and 13-year old daughter, who challenge me every day.

Jared T.

Jared Trost is our Operations Manager at the Des Plaines office. Jared is from Dewitt, MI and studied Law Enforcement at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. He began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2007 as a mover in Lansing and Spring Lake, MI. He later became a manager in Troy, MI in 2011 and then transferred to our Des Plaines office in April of 2013, to become the Operations Manager. Jared enjoys his role as a hiring manager and bringing on new talent to build exceptional moving crews. We are lucky to have Jared as part of our team!

I joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team as a customer service representative in August 2011. I have six years of prior customer service experience and I think it's a great field to work in because I am able to assist people with their needs and help answer their questions. What I love most about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is that we provide a service that treats our customers like famly; we make moving easier and help ease our customers' stress.

Outside of work, I'm busy pursuing my Bachelor's degree in technical management. I also enjoy web and graphic design, and spending time outdoors.

Jimmy D.

Jimmy is our Onsite Manager for all locations and executes onsite estimates as well.  Jimmy started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2010 as a Driver in Des Plaines.  He is from Hoffman Estates, Ill. and received his Associates Degree at Harper College, and is now studying Community Health at Northeastern Illinois University.  Jimmy enjoys working with other staff members and the friendships that he’s built within the industry. He also appreciates meeting customers and being able to assist them firsthand.

I joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® staff as a customer service representative in April 2011. I have more than 10 years of experience in customer service and sales and I like to help each customer make their move as smooth as possible; I know moving can be a hectic time and I want it to be as stress-free as possible. I enjoy working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because we do the job right. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® cares for its customers and excels in customer service. It's also great that all of our movers are trained movers who truly care about our customers. In my spare time, I enjoy photography and spending time with my husband and family; I specialize in taking pictures of children, model and musicians and nature shots. I am also in school for broadcasting.

I started working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a mover while attending college in February 2011. I am now the move manager and trainer. I was born and raised in Chicago and have worked all around this great city for a variety of companies. One of the best things about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is the way the company handles customer service by putting the customer's needs above all things. This company stands behind what it sells and that gives us all confidence as a team to do the best job possible. Another great part about working here is that we truly are a team. Everyone is extremely helpful, positive and willing to lend a helping hand so we can do the best job for our customers, the crews on the road and the office staff. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is also very involved within the community, which is something that brings a certain pride to working here. Outside of work my interests include sports, the arts and exploring Chicago's great music scene.

Krystal is one of our Customer Service Representatives, or Move Consultants. Krystal is from Chicago, Ill. and graduated from Glenbard South High School in Wheaton, Ill. She later received her Cosmetology license at the Technology Center of DuPage in Addison, Ill.

Krystal has worked in Customer Service and Sales for the past six years. Her previous employer was Disney Vacation Club.
